Version - V.0.64 (04-08-2002)
Cvt2Mae is available for download and is undergoing Beta-testing. It
now works for some Affymetrix, GenePix, Scanalyze data as well
as custom chip arrays.
Some New features:
- You are able to specify a separate GIPO file input file. You
enter the corresponding data-file names for (Grid, Row, Column).
- With Affymetrix data, you sometimes may have to edit your
tab-delimited data files (see examples in the documentation).
- With GenePix data, you must edit the layout and set the number of
grids, rows, columns, etc.
- Corrected bug where Incyte background and plate data was not being
converted correctly.
- If you are using Cy3/Cy5 data and it can have negative intensity
values, then you will need to download the latest version of
MAExplorer which handles this.
The <User-defined> array layouts option is working to some
extent - although it is still undergoing testing. If you are having
problems,
Contact us with details about the type of array data you are
trying to convert and we may be able to suggest how to use the wizard
or correct deficiencies in the data converter.
